Pond Renovations-Mapperton & Craigside
Submitted by RHallson on Fri, 04/13/2012 - 18:25South Florida Water Management District along with the original developer Ashton Woods are doing renovation work on the retention ponds at Mapperton & Cragside to deepen and reconstruct the area. This is not an HOA project.

Lake Sawyer Shoreline Remediation Project
Submitted by RHallson on Thu, 03/15/2012 - 19:07In cooperation with Orange County Environmental Protection Division, the Board has started a project to repair and restore the Lake Sawyer shoreline. Invasive non-native plant species in the HOA common area property around the dock and shoreline have severely endangered the water quality of Lake Sawyer. The lake is an important feature of our community and corresponding property values and the project will help maintain those values in the future. The restoration project will take about 3 months to complete.

Updated pool hours
Submitted by Sandra Hamberg on Tue, 05/11/2010 - 21:01By Florida statute, since we lack lighting, the pool can only be open from dawn to dusk. The gate hours have been adjusted to 6:15am to 8:30pm.
Please note the gates will allow a short lag time to allow for departure after 8:30pm so please depart by this time.

-Communications - the Board needs assistance updating the website and creating content for a newsletter. Duties also include updating front entrance communication board.
-Landscape improvements- assist in research for "green" alternatives for community wide landscape projects

Homeowners in Lakes of Windermere are on reclaimed water so there are no watering restrictions for yards.
