Water Restrictions

Homeowners in Lakes of Windermere are on reclaimed water so there are no watering restrictions for yards.

Updated pool hours
Submitted by Sandra Hamberg on Tue, 05/11/2010 - 21:01By Florida statute, since we lack lighting, the pool can only be open from dawn to dusk. The gate hours have been adjusted to 6:15am to 8:30pm.
Please note the gates will allow a short lag time to allow for departure after 8:30pm so please depart by this time.

-Communications - the Board needs assistance updating the website and creating content for a newsletter. Duties also include updating front entrance communication board.
-Landscape improvements- assist in research for "green" alternatives for community wide landscape projects
Alley Party was a Success!
Submitted by Adam Parish on Mon, 10/05/2009 - 22:30The residents of Aldershot and Cragside that share an alley held their first ever alley party on Saturday evening - 10/03. About 30-40% of the homes that share the Aldershot/Cragside alley came out to enjoy a hot dog (or two) and hang out with their neighbors.
