Submitted by RHallson on Mon, 12/19/2011 - 20:42Following McDonalds, the Publix at Lakeside Village opened this week. Chase Bank, Fifth Third Bank, and 7-Eleven Gas & Convenience Store have also leased space and will open in 2012 according to the developer Boyd Development Corp.

After a competitive contract bid ValleyCrest emerged as a clear winner and we are excited about what this company has to offer our community. Current references include Independence, Celebration, Lake Butler Sound, and the Reedy Creek/Disney common areas. For more information about ValleyCrest, check out their website at www.valleycrest.com and look for the red ValleyCrest trucks in our neighborhood starting February 1.

Updated pool hours
Submitted by Sandra Hamberg on Tue, 05/11/2010 - 21:01By Florida statute, since we lack lighting, the pool can only be open from dawn to dusk. The gate hours have been adjusted to 6:15am to 8:30pm.
Please note the gates will allow a short lag time to allow for departure after 8:30pm so please depart by this time.

-Communications - the Board needs assistance updating the website and creating content for a newsletter. Duties also include updating front entrance communication board.
-Landscape improvements- assist in research for "green" alternatives for community wide landscape projects

Homeowners in Lakes of Windermere are on reclaimed water so there are no watering restrictions for yards.
