Lakeside Village Center Shopping

Last week I spoke to the developer of the Lakeside Village Center located near the corner of Reams Road and CR 535. The developer, Boyd Development, stated that the new shopping center which is less than 1 mile south of our community will have a Publix and a gas station. He stated that they are also reaching out to national coffee chains.
I hope it looks as good architecturally speaking as it sounds.
