Please use your real name when creating a username (i.e. John Smith). This helps us to identify you as an actual homeowner, and fosters community. Fictitious usernames will not be approved.

Registration is limited to homeowners of the Lakes of Windermere Community Association, Inc. So that we can quickly approve your access to the site, please include your first and last name during registration. Names that are not listed as members of the association will not be approved.
Spaces are allowed; punctuation is not allowed except for periods, hyphens, and underscores.
A valid e-mail address. All e-mails from the system will be sent to this address. The e-mail address is not made public and will only be used if you wish to receive a new password or wish to receive certain news or notifications by e-mail.
